加拿大国际治理创新中心CIGI：2025年印度、中国和非洲大陆数字金融的未来会议报告（英文版）

The rapid digitalization of financial systems is transforming not only how economies function but also who governs the infrastructure of global finance. In this context, the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) convened a virtual conference held over two days titled “The Future of Digital Finance: Emerging Opportunities in India, in China and on the African Continent” on September 24–25, 2025. Organized as an official side event of the Think 20 (T20) under South Africa’s Grou
