According to the evaluation ToR, the evaluation constituted an independent terminal evaluation of the Partnership, which started in November 2018 and ended in December 2022. The evaluation provides accountability to UNCTAD management, the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, project stakeholders, as well as member States.
