The WHO Western Pacific Region is home to a large and increasing migrant population. Migration and displacement affect the social determinants of physical and mental health, influencing access to care, continuity of services and overall well-being. Climate change related environmental shocks, such as floods or extreme heat, compound these challenges. Addressing the health needs of migrants and displaced populations is essential to expanding universal health coverage (UHC), safeguarding health
