The relationship between the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) in 2023 was marked by the adoption of the Windsor Framework1 , paving the way for constructive cooperation between the parties, who also jointly committed to fully exploit the potential of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA)2 .
