S-1000 系列 超小型 高精度电压检测器 说明书

S-1000 series is a high-precision voltage detector IC developed using CMOS technology. The internal detection voltage is fixed with an accuracy of ±1.0%. It has a super low power consumption of 350 nA (typical value). The output method has N-channel open drain output and CMOS output. Compared with the previous CMOS voltage detector, it has achieved high accuracy, ultra-low power consumption and ultra-small package, so it is most suitable for portable devices.
