欧洲培训基金会ETF：2025年东南亚国家职业发展支持系统评估报告（英文版）

This synthesis draws on the national reviews submitted to the European Training Foundation (ETF) by researchers from member universities of the Mediterranean Universities Union (UNIMED) of Algeria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Tunisia. The reviews were developed in a participatory process through desk research, interviews as well as consultation and validation meetings with relevant national stakeholders, from ministries to civil society, practitioners, social partners and donors. Due to the security
