This paper proposes a concept for researching law and innovation. The concept addresses two focal points: First technology-related IP and regulation, especially in the life sciences but also in digital technologies. Second “digital law”, meaning the legal framework governing digital phenomena like computer programs, internet platforms, data and artificial intelligence (AI).
