The Monitoring Committee of the Caribbean Development and Cooperation Committee (CDCC) adopted the following conclusions and recommendations. 2. The Monitoring Committee agreed that a draft report of the meeting would be circulated to delegations by 16 December 2025. Delegations would have three days to review the report and submit any amendments to the secretariat of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in writing.
