IUCN Species Survival Commission, Re:wild, and International Rhino Foundation are the Sumatran Rhino Survival Alliance which supports the Government of Indonesia’s Emergency Action Plan to save the species, working through local conservation organizations. The plan is to protect all remaining Sumatran rhinos and search and rescue isolated Sumatran rhinos that are not breeding in the wild to breed them under human care. We are focusing our support in three main regions where the Sumatran rhino
