50 years after the Kenny Report on land speculation, the Irish housing market is still mired in cycles of boom and bust. Moreover, our housing problems show no signs of going away anytime soon. TASC is pleased to announce the forthcoming publication of a significant new report on land and housing. The report examines the nature of housing supply in Ireland, the present and recent history of land speculation, and what land reforms are necessary to ensure a more sustainable housing system.
