More than one in every ten US job seekers (13%) views AI use in live job interviews as acceptable, regardless of company policy. Over one-fifth (21%) of Gen Z candidates share this view. Despite companies being worried about AI cheating, over one-quarter (27%) of US candidates say they’ve never seen or received an employer policy on using AI tools.
