The World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) initiated the Digital Inclusion Benchmark (DIB) four years ago, launching work on the transformation by identifying key topics and companies in the field. WBA’s first DIB, covering 100 keystone1 companies, was published in December 2020 and the second with 150 companies released in December 2021.
