In the third quarter of 2025, annual full-service asking rates increased by 1.4% quarter over quarter to an all-time high of $33.08/SF. On a year-over-year basis, asking rates increased by 5.2%, reversing a recent trend of moderating annual rent growth. Truist’s 250,000 SF built-to-suit was the quarter’s only delivery.
