This report presents results of a study to understand a potential gap between supply and demand of offshore wind vessels until 2030. The report is a project of H-BLIX in Poland and BLIX Consultancy in the Netherlands with strong cooperation from WindEurope and the Polish Wind Energy Association. The report finds a shortage of Foundation Installation Vessels (FIV) and Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (WTIV) already by 2024 and 2025, with the biggest demand for FIVs and WTIVs
