Mobile network operators (MNOs) now face a decisive network automation inflection point. Rule-based automation and machine learning (ML) tools have improved efficiency and enabled networks to become partially or conditionally autonomous, characterised by automated tasks in isolated domains, AI/ML assisting human decision making and humans in the loop at least for approvals. However, the current situation remains insufficient to effectively and efficiently automate dynamic, cross-domain high-v
