The need to transition to a lower carbon, naturesafe renewable energy-based economy is more urgent than ever (WWF & BCG, 2023; WWF & TBC, 2023). The Paris Agreement sets a stringent target of limiting global warming to 2°C above pre-industrial levels by 2050,1 emphasising the necessity of urgent, rapid, and extensive renewable energy adoption to achieve this goal. Delays in implementing low carbon energy solutions as part of the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy will severely hind
