HKECIC - D&B Export Credit Risk index was created referencing data from both the Hong Kong Export CreditInsurance Corporation (HKECIC) and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). HKECIC's insurance business data, includinginsurance amount, claim amount, and payment difficulty cases were analysed using weighted moving average togenerate two risk indicators - claim risk and payment difficulty risk.
