Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) has emerged as the dominant wireless standard for highdensity, high-throughput environments, underpinning the next generation of connected devices and services. As the technology matures, the landscape of Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) for Wi-Fi 6 has become a focal point for innovation, licensing, and litigation. Unlike 3GPP, for which ETSI IPR Policy requires members to make “timely” declarations of potentially essential patents, in the case of Wi-Fi there is no o
