MPAC 2025 initiatives have generated meaningful outcomes in advancing physical, institutional, and people-to-people connectivity across ASEAN. Achievements differ across Strategic Areas and Initiatives, reflecting variations in scope, implementation arrangements, and national contexts, but together they have strengthened regional integration, supported capacity development, and laid foundations for sustained connectivity. The ETR is conducted against a backdrop of structural shifts affecting
