Are Employer–Community College Partnerships Critical to Working Adult Learner Success? Working adult learners need targeted financial and nonfinancial supports from employers to achieve success in both the classroom and the workplace (Elsayed, 2016; Holzer and Baum, 2017; Hultman and Eadens, 2020; Lerman, 2019; Tran and Smith, 2017).
