The solar industry continued to grow at a rapid pace in 2025. Globally, 380 GWdc of solar assets were brought online in just the first half of 2025, a 64% increase over the sameperiod in 2024 [1]. It is estimated that global installed solar capacity will surpass 3 TW in 2026, enough to power the entirety of the United States and Europe during peak daylighthours. This growth is also expected to continue in coming years, with global renewable energy output projected to double by 2030. Solar PV
