1. WHO pays the tuition fees for all courses included in authorized study programmes. Fellows must send the invoice for tuition fees from the study institution to the relevant WHO country office for payment. Fellows should not pay tuition fees directly to the institution as WHO will not be able to reimburse the payment. 2. For all fellowships, a book grant of up to US$ 100 per month may be paid by WHO if needed. The maximum allowance is US$ 960 per year. The WHO Regional Office is responsible
