Cross-border moves byhighly skilled professionals fell from 3.7 million in 2024 to 3.3 millionlast year-a drop of 11.6%.That represents just 1.5% of a tracked pool of 221 million highlyskilled professionals worldwide-roughly 430,000 fewer movers thanin 2024.
